About the role
Warehouse Assistant
Responsible for the supervision of loading and offloading of finished products, documentation of invoices, and maintaining good housekeeping at the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Supervise loading of lubes to various warehouses from KLP
- Liaise with transporter rep on truck loading related issues
- Proper documentation of invoices generated
- Upload acknowledged invoices on ERP
- Prepare truck weekly dispatch plan
- Ensure good housekeeping at the warehouse
- Perform weekly and monthly stock report
Requirements
- A university/HND degree
- 0-4 yrs work experience
