Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic planning, and financial decision-making for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic investments, business expansion, and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee the finance function and build strong financial capabilities within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• MBA or Master's in Finance is advantageous.
• Typically 12–15+ years of experience in finance, including senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrable experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Financial Controller.
