Senior Talent Manager

Kennedia Consulting is seeking an experienced, solutions-oriented Senior Talent Manager to lead talent management and HR operations across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Manage job analysis, organisational structure, and talent development.
• Lead performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.
• Develop HR policies and ensure labour law compliance, risk management, and audits.
• Manage HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Strong experience across core HR functions and talent management.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
• CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification is an advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, telecommunications, power, water, oil and gas, agro-industrial projects, or real estate is an advantage.
