Affiliate Business Development Manager, CIS

OKX is seeking an Affiliate Business Development Manager to expand their affiliate network and drive revenue growth across the CIS region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations

Salary The salary range for this position is $$$$. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
