A cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining cash registers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions.
• Provide accurate and friendly customer service.
• Maintain cash registers and ensure correct change is given.
• Keep records of transactions and report discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must have a good understanding of basic math.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in using cash registers and POS systems.
