Regional Operations Manager – North 1

Responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi. Drives operational efficiency, service quality, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple cities
• Drive operational efficiency and service quality
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead, coach, and manage operational teams
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in logistics, courier, transportation, or related industry
• Must be based in Abuja
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
• Must be available to resume immediately
