DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is seeking a Head Legal, Business Development & Operations to oversee legal, business development, and operational functions across its residential and commercial real estate projects in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal compliance and risk management for the company.
• Lead business development strategies to drive growth and investment.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal, business development, or operations.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record in real estate or property investment.
