Head, Treasury Sales

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and commercial leadership for the Company's Treasury & Financial Institutions businesses. The role involves leading strategies for fund mobilisation, client acquisition and retention, portfolio growth, pricing and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies for fund mobilisation, client acquisition and retention, portfolio growth, pricing and revenue generation.
• Develop strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate institutions, retail customers, banks and other financial institutions.
• Oversee the effective management of the Company's treasury portfolio, ensuring optimal pricing, liquidity, profitability and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years relevant experience in similar industry with at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within Treasury, Banking, Financial Institutions, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking or related financial services.
• Proven track record in fund mobilisation, treasury sales, business/product development and portfolio growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing HNI, corporate/institutional and/or retail client relationships.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, deposit mobilisation, pricing, liquidity and financial market dynamics.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of financial, liquidity, market and counterparty risks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
