Responsible for delivering exceptional food and service, maintaining high food standards, and creating innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines. Ensures food safety, hygiene, and accurate allergy reporting while managing budgeting and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Cater to the needs of all customers, delivering exceptional food and service
• Deliver consistent, high food standards in line with Milestone Boutique Apartments brand values
• Create fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices and record keeping
• Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for customers
• Oversee budgeting, ordering, and stock control

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-end hospitality or similar venue
• Local knowledge and experience working in the area
• Passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of service styles and current food trends
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Excellent presentation, organisation, and time management skills
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
