About the role
Ace Real Estate Development Limited is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce compelling visual materials for branding, marketing campaigns, and property promotions. The ideal candidate will design brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, and digital content while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities • Design brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and other marketing materials. • Maintain consistent branding across all design assets. • Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital promotions. • Produce print materials, including posters, signage, and promotional items. • Edit and enhance photographs for marketing purposes. • Contribute creative ideas to marketing and sales campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet project objectives. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. • Continuously improve design skills and techniques.
Requirements • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing materials. • Experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
Salary ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
