Role Overview

Rolan Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant Writer to join its Grants and Partnerships Unit. The role involves developing compelling grant proposals aligned with the Foundation’s mission and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, fundable concepts and grant proposals
• Conduct funding research and opportunity mapping
• Collaborate with internal teams and engage in partnerships
• Support donor compliance and reporting
• Contribute strategically to the Grants and Partnerships Unit

Requirements

• Strong track record of securing grants for nonprofits and social enterprises
• Ability to translate programmatic ideas into competitive funding proposals
• Strategic thinking skills
