Area Manager, South-South

Responsible for managing operations and ensuring quality standards are met across the South-South region. The role involves staff development, maintaining compliance, driving sales growth, and overseeing financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage training records, materials, schedules, and staff development.
• Ensure timely completion of schedules and required documentation.
• Maintain QSC, REV, CXI, QA, training, and financial audit standards.
• Drive sales growth, local marketing, P&L, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Focus on people development, inventory and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the QSR industry
• HND/BSc in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Good knowledge of HACCP principles
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
