Programs Manager
The Restored Heart Foundation is seeking a Programs Manager to lead program activities, ensuring projects are effectively implemented, documented, monitored, and delivered in line with organizational and donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day implementation of assigned projects.
- Develop workplans, activity plans, budgets, and program documents.
- Coordinate field activities, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Track program outputs, outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare program reports, proposals, and donor updates.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, learning, and impact documentation.
- Identify program risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support resource mobilization, partnerships, and new program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification is an advantage.
- 6–8 years’ experience in program/project management, preferably within an NGO, development, or social-impact organization.
- Experience managing community-based projects and producing program reports.
- Strong program/project management, proposal development, grant writing, and report writing skills.
- Monitoring, evaluation, data management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience working with donors, government agencies, CSOs, or development partners is an advantage.
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Must demonstrate integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
