Channel Marketing Manager (Partner Growth)

Role Overview

Bitwarden is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end, including onboarding, enablement, demand generation, and events across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can prioritize based on revenue potential and business urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own the MSP channel marketing motion end-to-end: partner onboarding content, lifecycle email programs, enablement webinar series, and support the annual event calendar.
• Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan: event selection, budget, campaign strategy, and executive approval process.
• Serve as the marketing primary point of contact for Channel Sales (MSP, reseller, VAR) — running biweekly meetings, managing event intake, and building deliverables.
• Own reporting on program performance: pipeline influenced, partner engagement, event ROI, and progress against revenue targets.
• Extend proven partner playbooks and build a proactive, always-on partner demand generation strategy.
• Manage the channel marketing budget and make prioritization trade-offs.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, Comms, and Product Marketing to keep partner-facing content current.
• Assist with the administration of the Bitwarden partner portal.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience — ideally with MSPs, resellers, or VARs in a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven ability to own a marketing program end-to-end.
• Experience planning and executing partner events, from sponsorship negotiation through post-event lead follow-up.
• Experience building or running partner lifecycle email programs.
• Track record of turning a reactive function into a proactive one.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization.
