Pharmacy Technician

Role Overview

Drugstore Nigeria is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to provide remote customer and patient support. You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about medications and orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Answer general questions about medications, dosages, usage, and availability
• Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills
• Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist when needed
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Flag any safety, compliance, or stock issues promptly

Requirements

• Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, customer-support tools, and video calls
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
