Hotel Operations Manager

Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of a hotel, ensuring that all departments meet service standards, maintain cleanliness, and achieve operational targets. Coordinate between departments, manage staff, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly targets are realized for continuous operations.
• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Support and work with all Heads of Departments in running the hotel.
• Ensure premises are in operative condition at all times.
• Conduct regular operations team meetings to discuss routine matters, sales targets, and service recovery.
• Ensure SOP implementation across all departments.
• Monitor purchase/indent/requisitions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Inspect stores (F&B / Kitchen) for stock quality, par levels, and expiry.
• Inspect all departments for SOP compliance, cleanliness, ambience, and service readiness.
• Monitor coordination between departments for smooth operations.
• Assess customer satisfaction and service recovery processes.
• Ensure staff are trained by HR.
• Identify staff learning needs and communicate with HR.
• Provide timely feedback to direct reports.
• Conduct meetings with marketing department for inquiry and follow-up.
• Monitor and maintain operation and overhead costs to maximize revenue.
• Be available on call 24/7 to resolve emergencies.
• Responsible for overall hotel operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
