Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our automobile workshop in Lekki, Lagos. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations. - Monitor job from start to completion - Schedule and assign work to technicians. - Inspect and test vehicles to ensure quality and compliance with standards. - Ensure high level customer satisfaction Requirements: - Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role - Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues. - Good communication and interpersonal skills
