Responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, conducting preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities. This role requires a skilled professional with strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fixing sinks, showers, toilets, and pipes in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conducting regular checks on plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and pumps.
• Promptly addressing plumbing failures to minimize disruption.
• Unclogging kitchen and bathroom drains.
• Installing new pipes, plumbing fixtures, and equipment.
• Routinely inspecting plumbing systems for leaks, damage, and code compliance.
• Monitoring water pressure, water temperatures, and sewage systems.
• Collaborating with other maintenance staff to solve plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical issues.
• Keeping records of completed work orders, maintenance logs, and materials used.

Requirements

• Proficient in using plumbing tools and reading blueprints or schematics.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including bending and lifting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for quick, effective repairs.
