Timekeepers International Limited is a leading company in Nigeria that imports and retails watches, jewelry, and accessories from global brands. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Attending to customers and clients.
• Dealing with inquiries about the company and products.
• Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring market penetration.
• Serving walk-in buyers and converting them into return customers.
• Representing the company's interests within and outside working hours.
• Promoting sales and customer relations.
• Keeping up with information about brands sold.
• Merchandising.
• Preparing weekly reports and providing after-sales service.
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / HND qualification.
• Completed NYSC program or exemption letter.
• Good customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work in supervisory and negotiator roles.
• Good knowledge of the retail market/environment.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuade/ negotiate.
• Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft applications.
• Must reside around the above location and its axis.
