Client Relation Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Client Relation Officer to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining communication between the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 5–10 years of industrial catering experience.
• Previous experience in a similar industry.
• Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
