Visual Merchandising Lead

Role Overview

The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for designing and implementing creative and effective visual displays that align with the brand identity and maximize product appeal. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing creative and effective visual displays
• Analyzing store layouts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Executing seasonal merchandising plans
• Training in-store teams on display standards
• Maintaining consistency across multiple store locations
• Monitoring and improving customer engagement through strategic visual merchandising

Requirements

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and design aesthetics
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in fashion retail or merchandising is advantageous
