Clover Health is seeking a high-agency operator to drive cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution and results. This role involves architecting strategic programs, aligning stakeholders across levels and functions, and collaborating across boundaries to shape Clover's growth and operational leverage.

Responsibilities

• Architect strategic programs by translating high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
• Drive execution with chairman-standard rigor by owning initiatives from kickoff through outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across levels and functions by influencing without authority and driving accountability through clarity.
• Translate ambiguity into action by building playbooks, forcing priorities, and rebuilding systems when coordination breaks down.
• Collaborate across boundaries by managing projects that involve internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role.
• Ability to think in structured logic, write with precision, and speak in synthesized insights.
• Experience driving complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line.
• Comfort with ambiguity, aversion to bureaucracy, and motivation from direct proximity to decision-making.
• Ability to lead without positional authority by earning trust and creating alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity.
