We are seeking an HR Associate for a client in the fashion industry based in Lekki. The role involves supporting HR operations with a focus on generalist tasks, performance management, payroll, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations including performance management and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and standard HR practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• BSC in any field.
• 2 years of experience.
• Extensive HR Generalist experience.
• Good knowledge of performance management and payroll.
• Knowledge of labor laws and standard HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proximity to Lekki is an advantage.
• Females are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary

• N200k net monthly.
