The Facility Manager is responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, functionality, safety, appearance and overall user experience of the organization’s physical facilities. This role involves leading interior decoration, aesthetics, and workplace presentation across various spaces such as offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, and clinical/service areas. The manager ensures that all facilities are functional, professional, and aligned with the organization’s brand and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, functionality, and appearance of all organizational facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs and monitor facility infrastructure.
• Lead interior decoration and aesthetic management of organizational spaces.
• Assess space usage and recommend improvements for productivity and employee wellbeing.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Maintain inventory of furniture and assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and workplace aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and contractors effectively.
• Proficient in maintaining records and implementing preventive maintenance.
