Multiple Positions

HTL Africa is seeking qualified professionals to join its Lagos team across multiple departments, including business development, social media, accounting, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Position HTL Africa for projects locally and internationally.
• Develop and manage content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging visual content from projects, ideas, and archival materials.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate photography and short-form video.
• Handle financial reporting and controls.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle payroll and tax-related activities.
• Manage project accounting and other accounting responsibilities.
• Support architectural design and working drawings.
• Conduct project research and contribute fresh design perspectives.
• Assist with model making, project proposals, and documentation.
• Track projects and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Work closely with senior architects and the Head of Design.

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience managing social media for architecture, design, creative, or editorial brands (preferred).
