Responsible for providing safe, secure, and punctual transportation for assigned executives or teams. Ensures vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic regulations, and maintains confidentiality of staff movements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, and punctual transportation for the assigned executive/team.
• Apply defensive driving techniques and ensure compliance with all traffic regulations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and executive-level presentation standards.
• Coordinate routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, licensing, and insurance renewals.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs (fuel usage, mileage, maintenance records).
• Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic patterns, security advisories, and time sensitivity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of staff movements and discussions.
• Liaise with security personnel when required for movement coordination.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation remains valid and up to date.
• Perform any other assigned task by management.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (appropriate vehicle class)
• LASDRI License
• Security Awareness or Executive Protection training (added advantage)
• Must have Professional Driving Experience
