About the role
Early Years Teacher
The Early Years Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The role focuses on nurturing the holistic development of young learners—socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and academically; the teacher is expected to foster curiosity, independence, and a love for discovery in a safe, stimulating environment.
