Victory Empowerment Centre is a micro-finance NGO focused on improving the lives of the poor through innovative financial services. We are seeking a Risk Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage risks associated with lending and financial operations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate credit portfolios for potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
