Production Manager

Role Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire garment production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily garment production.
• Manage tailors, pattern makers, cutters, finishers, and other production staff.
• Monitor production from fabric preparation and cutting to sewing, finishing, and packaging.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve production issues.
• Manage production materials and minimize wastage.
• Track work-in-progress, completed orders, and production timelines.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
• Experience managing tailors and production teams.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment finishing.
• Proficiency in production tracking and basic reporting.
