Operations and Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s end-to-end operational and supply chain activities across retail, e-commerce, warehousing, procurement, fulfillment, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party partners.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels across stores, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment cycles, and inventory forecasting.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and stockouts.
• Coordinate regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Drive operational excellence across all operational touchpoints within the business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to forecast demand and align inventory planning accordingly.
• Lead procurement planning and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and track operational KPIs across departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal operational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations and supply chain management.
• Professional certifications such as APICS, CIPS, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma are an added advantage.
• Prior experience within FMCG, Beauty & Skincare, Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Goods environments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing warehouse, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
