Facility Manager - Short Let

Oversee day-to-day operations of a short-let facility, including cleaning, maintenance, inventory, security, and safety. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, manage budgets for repairs and improvements, and coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance, inventory, security, and safety.
• Develop and implement regular maintenance and repair schedules.
• Manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
• Assist front-of-house and back-of-house teams with paperwork and coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for orders and invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, estate management, or engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience; must reside in Lekki or its environs.
• Relevant work experience in short-let facility management.
• Good understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Familiar with building codes and regulations.
• Effective communication skills with employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
