Care Assistant

Role Overview

Caring Habitat is an in-patient nursing and rehabilitation facility seeking a dynamic and self-motivated care assistant to support patients on their journey to wellness and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Movement of patients from their rooms to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, consultation rooms, and other areas within the facility
• Assist patients in using the convenience
• Transferring patients using a glide/slide sheet and hoist to facilitate ambulation
• Create a positive home-like environment by responding to patients' needs promptly and respecting their privacy
• Assist in patient care (bathing and grooming)
• Help patients develop trust
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SSCE
• Must reside around the Lekki-Ajah axis due to proximity

Salary:

• 75,000 net monthly (starting to be reviewed after 3 months)
• Leave allowance
• HMO
• Pension
• 13th Month
