Westfield Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their digital learning initiatives. This role involves managing the LMS strategy, developing digital learning products, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leveraging data analytics for learning insights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) strategy and management.
• Lead digital learning product development.
• Build strategic partnerships and expand market presence.
• Drive revenue growth and business development.
• Analyze data and generate learning insights.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in digital learning or related field.
• Strong understanding of LMS and digital learning tools.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

• N13,600,000 – N14,900,000 (Gross Annual Salary)
