Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end real estate sales operations
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand market presence
• Negotiate property deals and contracts with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Contribute to overall company strategy, branding, and operational planning as a founding team member
• Represent the company professionally in all external engagements and transactions
