Online / In-Store Sales Rep
An emerging digital and IT items store in Computer Village is seeking a smart, intelligent, and computer literate sales representative to provide during and after-sales support to clients both online and in-store.
Responsibilities • Attend to customers both in-store and online. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media. • Provide customers with basic information on products, prices, and availability. • Assist customers in choosing suitable products. • Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales. • Receive and process customer orders accurately. • Assist with product pictures, videos, and online postings. • Provide basic after-sales support and attend to customer complaints. • Keep the store and product displays neat and organised. • Maintain simple records of enquiries, orders, and sales. • Support other day-to-day sales activities as assigned.
Requirements • Minimum of O’Level/SSCE or OND. • Computer literate and comfortable using WhatsApp and social media. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Basic sales and persuasion skills. • Smart, presentable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
