About the role
Customer Success Director
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead strategic account management and drive customer retention and growth in a SaaS environment. This is a full-time, remote position offering competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a complex enterprise customer portfolio
- Build and scale customer success programs and processes
- Operate at executive level with customer C-suite and ownership teams
- Navigate multi-product and post-acquisition customer environments
- Deliver consultative, outcomes-driven customer engagement
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales in SaaS
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise customers with measurable outcomes
- Experience building customer success programs from early stage or in-flight
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior customer stakeholders
- Ability to manage multi-product customer relationships
