About the role

Customer Success Director

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead strategic account management and drive customer retention and growth in a SaaS environment. This is a full-time, remote position offering competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a complex enterprise customer portfolio
  • Build and scale customer success programs and processes
  • Operate at executive level with customer C-suite and ownership teams
  • Navigate multi-product and post-acquisition customer environments

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales in SaaS
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

  • Experience building customer success programs from early stage or in-flight
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior customer stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multi-product customer relationships
