Business Developer
A Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence through business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation initiatives across all business units.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales and business pipeline.
- Support proposal development and commercial negotiations.
- Strengthen referral systems and strategic relationship management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships capable of driving revenue and growth.
- Represent the company in relevant business and industry engagements.
- Lead the commercialization strategy for software and technology products.
- Coordinate market feedback and client adoption initiatives.
- Work with the IT Department to ensure product improvements are informed by customer needs.
- Develop strategies for increasing user adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visibility over active opportunities, proposals, prospects, and business leads.
- Develop systems for tracking business opportunities and conversion performance.
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline growth and business development activities.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and nurturing of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Work with management to execute approved growth initiatives.
- Support the implementation of strategic projects aimed at increasing market share and company revenue.
- Monitor execution progress and ensure accountability across assigned growth projects.
