About the role
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Analyst
We are seeking a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Analyst to manage and optimize customer relationships and lifecycle marketing strategies. This is a remote position available worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM systems and campaigns
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including segmentation, lead nurturing, activation, retention, and win-back campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and drive evidence-based decision-making
Requirements:
- CRM management experience (strong preference for HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing principles
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology
