About the role

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Analyst

We are seeking a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Analyst to manage and optimize customer relationships and lifecycle marketing strategies. This is a remote position available worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM systems and campaigns
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies including segmentation, lead nurturing, activation, retention, and win-back campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing and drive evidence-based decision-making

Requirements:

  • CRM management experience (strong preference for HubSpot)
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing principles
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodology
