Loan Collection Call Centre Agent
Latoten is hiring a Loan Collection Call Centre Agent to manage customer follow-ups and debt recovery in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls and communicate professionally with customers
- Assist in negotiating repayment plans and updating payment options
- Keep accurate records of interactions, payments, and customer feedback
- Support the development and execution of debt recovery strategies
- Prepare simple reports on collections progress
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, and Legal
- Update customer information and account status on company systems
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a smartphone
Salary ₦120,000 gross monthly + Pension & HMO
