Marketing Manager

Elite Logistics & Development Services Limited is seeking a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager to drive growth through inbound sales channels and build a strong brand presence across online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase brand awareness
• Deploy and manage successful marketing campaigns from ideation through execution
• Manage organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, PPC campaigns, social media, and lead generation
• Create valuable and engaging content for website and blog
• Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare, monitor, and allocate marketing budgets on quarterly and annual basis
• Oversee and approve all marketing materials (banners, brochures, case studies, etc.)
• Measure and report on campaign performance against established goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and optimize email and advertising campaigns

Requirements

• BSc or MSc Degree in Marketing or related field
• Demonstrable experience in marketing with a strong learning attitude
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and leading multi-channel campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong numerical literacy and ability to work with metrics and spreadsheets
• Good aesthetic sense and excellent copywriting skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
