Junior Estate Surveyor Officer

We are seeking a Junior Estate Surveyor Officer to support the management, valuation, leasing, and general administration of real estate properties. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to develop professionally within a dynamic real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property inspections, valuations, and condition assessments.
• Support the preparation of property reports, valuations, and market research.
• Assist in managing property listings, leases, and tenancy documentation.
• Conduct research on property values, rental rates, and market trends.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with property marketing and prospective client viewings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
• Support rent collection, property management, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor property maintenance and report issues requiring attention.
• Assist senior surveyors with estate management and other professional assignments.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of relevant property and transaction documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Estate Surveying & Valuation, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate or estate surveying.
• Knowledge of property management, valuation, and real estate practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification or relevant membership is an added advantage.
