Ticketing and Tour Officer
We’re looking for a proactive Ticketing and Tour Officer to handle travel bookings and coordinate tours for our clients. You’ll be the go-to person for flight/hotel reservations, tour planning, and ensuring guests have a smooth travel experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings and coordinate tours for clients
- Manage flight and hotel reservations
- Plan and organize tours for guests
- Ensure a smooth travel experience for all clients
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years in ticketing, travel agency, or tour operations
- IATA certification is an advantage
- Proficiency with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel routes and visa processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and online booking platforms
Salary ₦250,000/month
