About the role
Sales Manager
NeoHomes Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise the sales team
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Ensure efficient lead conversion and monitor sales pipeline performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate teams to optimize customer journey
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and present forecasts to management
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- At least 3 years in the real estate sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- CRM systems management proficiency
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
Preferred: MBA or relevant professional certification
