Floor Sales Executive – Akwa Ibom

SIMS Nigeria Limited is seeking a Floor Sales Executive to deliver exceptional retail experiences, build brand loyalty, and drive sales growth through outstanding customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect brand values and drive sales growth
• Professionally manage and resolve concerns from irate or dissatisfied customers
• Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales
• Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2nd class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years work experience (previous retail sales experience is an advantage)
• Female candidates preferred for gender balance
• Exceptional selling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to service excellence with genuine interest in people
• Team player mindset
