Corporate Sales Officer

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Officer to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management in the HR and recruitment sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities from corporate and non-corporate clients
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Pitch recruitment, outsourcing, and HR services to potential clients
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and recruitment teams
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in HR, recruitment, or service-based industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and client acquisition strategies
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Salary ₦200,000 per month
