Personnel Manager
Veepee Group is seeking an experienced Personnel Manager to lead HR strategy and operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive people strategy and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Oversee health & safety initiatives
- Build and develop a high-performing workforce
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Relevant HR professional certification(s)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, health & safety, and performance management
- Must reside in Sango Ota or nearby environs
