Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented Total Rewards Officer to support the development and administration of the Company's total rewards framework. This role involves managing compensation, benefits, recognition, and reward programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Total Rewards strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Administer salary structures, allowances, and variable compensation components.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations on salary positioning.
• Maintain job evaluation and grading frameworks.
• Coordinate the administration of employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance and incentive reward programs.
• Develop and manage employee recognition initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
