Sales Senior Associate/Associate

Rivy is hiring a Sales Senior Associate/Associate to drive growth of the company's sales lending portfolio, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve targets
• Manage key client relationships and assist in closing high-value deals
• Monitor sales team performance through regular reporting and CRM tracking
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, credit, and engineering teams on product alignment
• Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management
• Manage sales team budget and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience
• 2 years of experience in solar or other clean-tech equipment sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and results
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and KPIs
• Go-getter attitude towards exceeding targets and customer expectations
