Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive sales and marketing initiatives for holiday packages, holiday club memberships, and resort memberships. You will lead a sales and marketing team, generate and convert leads, and leverage AI tools to improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve targets
• Drive sales of holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages
• Generate and convert leads through marketing campaigns and partnerships
• Conduct sales presentations and close membership sales
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training
• Use CRM systems and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports
• Market and sell other products/services offered by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in holiday club, resort membership, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership sales
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a structured, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and AI-powered productivity tools
• Fluent in English
