In-House Accountant / Accounts Officer

AAA Medi-Calibrations Limited is seeking a detail-oriented, teachable In-House Accountant or Accounts Officer to support the company's daily finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career accounting professional ready to build a strong foundation in accounting within a structured business environment.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and financial records management
• Invoicing and receivables support
• Vendor payments and payables support
• Bank and cash reconciliation
• Inventory and stock-related accounting
• Financial reports and administrative support

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• NYSC completed
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of debit/credit, invoices, receipts, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and attention to detail
• Organized record-keeping and ability to work with deadlines
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Proactive and professional demeanor
